Petition to Senator Lou Corea - apply to Orange County Residents

Hi Parents of Underserved Autistic students,
I just start a petition to Senator Lou Corea who is in charge of District 34 oversee Orange, Santa Ana, Garden Grove, and adjacent area to promote a change on how a standard SDC classroom should teach our kids using the appropriate methods. Please click the link and read on. If agreed please join the petition if you wish to see a change. The Parent Trigger Law in California gives us this power to make change if a school or District (school system) fails to educate our children; it required 51% of parents to agree then it would prompt a trigger to change: it would open door to a forum where you as community activist or Parents can give input on how you want it changed: whether the way it run, the training of SDC teacher, change of staff that resistant to change, etc. Please pass on. For example we have 24 autistic students at Palmyra where most autistic students from OUSD attend; it required 13 signatures to get the forum open: this will save you money and hardship from fighting years after years with costly advocacy.
Sincerely,
Tam Nguyen, MD. A concerned parent and Advocate for better education of autistic students in Orange County.
